Pre-Primary / Primary Coordinator
About the role
We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and visionary Primary Coordinator to provide strong academic and pastoral leadership across the primary section of the school. The successful candidate will oversee curriculum implementation, support and mentor teachers, monitor teaching and learning standards, drive continuous school improvement, and foster a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment. Working closely with the Principal, staff, parents, and students, the Primary Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring high standards of academic excellence, effective classroom practice, student wellbeing, and a values-driven culture rooted in integrity, compassion, and strong Islamic / moral character.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Master's / Bachelor's degree with B.Ed. (Early Childhood Education preferred for Pre-Primary)
- Teaching and leadership certification preferred
